How to: View/Use Outline Master.
Solution:
The 'Outline Master' command under the 'View' menu has been replaced with the 'Title Master' command under the 'View' menu.
1) Select the 'View' menu and select 'Master'. (The Master submenu appears.)
2) Select 'Title Master'.
3) (Optional) Type the desired text in the 'Master title placeholder '.

4) (Optional) Type the desired text in the 'Master subtitle placeholder'.

5) (Optional) Format the text as desired.
